With the Family Link Service, you can be assured of a safe and supportive contact environment for both you and your child - thats the need we see and the need that we are seeking to address for families across the city.

You need to know that we have people you can trust. Our professional supervisors provide supportive and experienced care to ensure that your child can safely spend time and take steps toward repairing their relationship with the other parent. We provide professional and efficient services with the assurance that we actually care. With our confidential initial assessment and mobile service provision, we seek to provide contact arrangements at an agreed venue that works for your child and reasonably addresses any concerns raised by both parents. We have sought to streamline our service to minimise the fuss, limit th eadministration and maximise your outcomes.

While we are not an official Family Law Court service, our supervisors do record observation notes during the supervised times, which can be provided upon request and used by a Family Law Court to assist in determining what is in the best interests of the children. Strictly speaking, our service is outside of the legal decision-making process although we understand that interactions between your child and their parents is much more than a question of legalities - it is the heart of your family.
